Start inside the app
If you need help, the best place to start is inside the app:
Settings > Help and Support
From there you can:
- Open the Help Centre.
- Contact Support.
- Report Scanning Problem.
- Copy or share diagnostics.
Support email: support@sneakerscan.app. If you email directly, include the details below so support can investigate quickly.
What to include
Tell us:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- Whether it happens every time.
- Which app screen you were using.
- Whether the issue relates to stock, scanning, CSV export, price lookup, or settings.
Useful screenshots include:
- The label you scanned.
- The stock row that looks wrong.
- The stock detail screen for that row.
- Any error message.
Reporting a scanning problem
Use Report Scanning Problem from the app when possible. It opens an email template with space for what happened, steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, and diagnostics. Attach a photo of the label or a screenshot only if you are comfortable sharing it.
Reporting stock, CSV, or price issues
For stock list problems, include the source list name, destination list name if a merge was involved, rows you expected to merge, style code and EU size shown on each row, and whether either row came from an incomplete scan.
For CSV export problems, include the stock list name, approximate row count, where you tried to send the CSV, whether Save to Files appeared, and whether another app opened the CSV incorrectly.
For price lookup problems, include the style code, model name, size, whether you scanned or entered manually, and what result looked wrong or missing.
